Refund policy

Exchanges

Because each drop is limited, we keep this simple. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange a piece — for another size, or for something else entirely.

• Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• If your size has sold out, exchange for any available pieces of equal value.
• Exchange shipping is covered by you. Exchange fees 100 EGP

If something arrives faulty or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement right away, at no extra shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds to your original payment method (or via InstaPay / mobile wallet) are reserved for a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item.

NOTE: After 14 days, a reported defect can be exchanged but is no longer eligible for a refund.

To start, message us on Instagram (@zynamodest) or email support@zynaeg.com with your order number, the reason, and a photo if relevant. Once processed, the courier collects the piece from your door.
