Tops – ZYNA

You have 14 days from delivery to exchange a piece, for another size or for another piece.

Pieces come back unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging.
If your size has sold out, you can exchange for any available piece of the same value.
An exchange costs 100 EGP plus delivery, and the courier collects from your door. If it arrived faulty or wrong, it's free.
A change of mind is handled as an exchange, not a refund.

To start, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or email support@zynaeg.com, with your order number.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, or by InstaPay or mobile wallet, for a manufacturing defect or a wrong item.

If something arrives faulty or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos, and we'll refund or replace it at no cost to you. After 14 days, a reported defect can be exchanged but not refunded.

Delivery takes 2 to 4 days, depending on where you are in Egypt. You'll get a tracking link once your order ships.

ZYNA is designed and made in Cairo.

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Egypt.
