Because each drop is made in small numbers, we keep this simple. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange a piece — for another size, or for something else entirely.

Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
If your size has sold out, exchange for any available pieces of equal value.
Exchange shipping is covered by you. A change of mind is handled as an exchange, not a refund.

To start, message us on Instagram or email with your order number, the reason, and a photo if relevant. Once processed, the courier collects the piece from your door.

Refunds to your original payment method (or via InstaPay / mobile wallet) are reserved for a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item.

If something arrives faulty or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement right away, at no extra shipping cost. After 14 days, a reported defect can be exchanged but is no longer eligible for a refund.

Orders are dispatched from Cairo, and you'll receive tracking by email once yours is on its way. Delivery time 3-5 days depends on where you are in Egypt.
